Shipping for orders above $1000 are based on weight

$100 usd for orders between $500 and $999.99

Only accepting orders above $300 at $79.99 rates

No orders below $299.99

See estimated delivery date for your selected shipping option during checkout.  If there are any issues, please contact us via the contact form to start the conversation.  We will fix things up real quick and you'll be able to proceed with your intended purchases.

After finishing your purchase, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Keep an eye on your parcel(s) from start to finish! If anything issues occur, our awesome customer crew is here 24/7 to help.  There might be some issues with taxes, depending on quite a few policy factors, that are perhaps out of our control.

Orders below $299.99

We are not processing orders below $299.99.  You might see a costly shipping fee upon purchasing small items, like 1 set of brake pads.  We currently cannot provide service for this kind of B2C business, but simply focus on doing B2B with manufacturers and shops and stores.

We highly suggest that brands that brands using Bengal Disc Brake sets, parts & components, provide their riders with our spare parts. Adding our parts to their website would help.  We receive quite a few demands for Bengal's small parts and components, from pretty much everywhere in the world.

 

**GilGeo Cycling Distribution Shipping Policy**


1. Shipping Costs

- Fixed rates, depending on amount of purchase.  See above. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. GilGeo Cycling Distribution is working on this setup.
- Shipping costs are fixed, as stated above, however only depend on cost of purchases.
- Tracking numbers will be provided.  

2. Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 1 month or more. Perhaps 2 weeks or 3 depending what is happening at the warehouse or various ports and customs offices, your parcel will visit.
- Express shipping: 5-7 business days, depending on airport customs regulations that seem to be changing.  We will have express shipping working, sooner or later.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the customer's location and the delivery service selected.

3. Exceptions
- Some products may have additional shipping restrictions or requirements. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Ex: DOT4 and mineral oil might have restrictions.

Shipping to Germany and countries in Northern Europe, can sometimes be delayed, however the process of delivery can be sped up by calling a number at your main airport hub for parcels/luggage/customs etc.  All depends on your country.
